About the Role

We're on the hunt for a skilled Trade Qualified Baker to join our bakery team at Coles Supermarkets in Narellan. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for contributing to a bakery department that's exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and baking a variety of bread and pastry products to meet customer demand.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customers leave the store satisfied with their purchases.
  • Working collaboratively with the bakery team to achieve sales targets and improve product quality.

About You

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • A formal qualification in baking, demonstrating your commitment to the trade.
  • Extensive baking experience, particularly in a high-speed baking setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
