About the Role

The Assistant Boutique Manager is responsible for assisting the Boutique Manager in overseeing all aspects of boutique operations, including inspiring, coaching and motivating the team to consistently achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.

  • Assist the Boutique Manager in leading the team to ensure the boutique runs smoothly and every customer enjoys a premium experience.
  • Inspire, coach and motivate the team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Uphold brand standards and ensure a seamless customer-first experience.
  • Support the execution of visual merchandising and stock management processes.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
About You
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar retail business.
  • Experience in a senior beauty advisor/assistant manager role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Understanding of KPI's and the ability to analyse and report figures.
  • Skin care & management experience is ideal but not essential.
