Program Manager Position

ASPIRE OSHC is an Outside School Hours Care provider that delivers before, after school care, and vacation programs for children. Our focus is on providing a safe, enjoyable, and supervised environment where kids can learn, play, and develop friendships while their parents are away.

Key Responsibilities

  • To manage the day-to-day operations of the ASPIRE OSHC Program, ensuring that all children receive optimal care at all times in a safe and secure environment.
  • To deliver a structured and well-balanced program that meets the needs of all children.

Requirements

  • Paid Working with Children Check
  • Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting (HLTAID012)
  • CPR (HLTAID009)
  • Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk (CHCPRT025)
  • Experience in a similar role as a Responsible Person, Team Leader, Director and/or Senior Educator
  • Understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and My Time Our Place (MTOP)
  • SITSS00069 Food Safety Supervisor
  • Preferred: Have Or Working Towards Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent Cert IV in School Age Education and Care
