The ideal candidate will possess strong project management capabilities, ensuring effective planning, organization, and execution of multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail. A self-motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced startup environments is essential. The selected individual should also have a results-driven mindset, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, promoting feature adoption, and maximizing customer retention.
Required Qualifications:- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on planning, organization, and execution of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ambitious individual with a results-oriented mindset and a proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
- Experience working with Development teams and proficiency in SQL, scripting languages (e.g., Python), and cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with data technologies and cloud technologies, including databases, cloud infrastructure, and basic administration.
- Demonstrated expertise in DLP, Data Privacy/Protection, DSPM/CSPM, SIEM, or vulnerability management.
- Prior experience working in a technical customer-facing role and owning customer relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
