Agricultural Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our team as an Assistant Farm Manager.

This role involves overseeing broadacre cropping operations, supporting the Farm Manager and leading staff.

• Leading a team of staff in broadacre cropping operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources.
• Supporting the Farm Manager in overseeing farm operations, including planning, implementation, and monitoring.
• Operating modern John Deere machinery across 4,500 hectares, with a focus on safety and productivity.

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in broadacre cropping, preferably with leadership or supervisory roles.
• Machinery know-how, particularly with John Deere equipment, and the ability to operate complex machinery safely and efficiently.
• A positive attitude, with a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
