Customer Service Host

We are seeking a customer-focused hospitality professional to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers and provide excellent service, creating a welcoming atmosphere that ensures repeat business.
- Operate the point of sale system efficiently, ensuring seamless transactions and minimizing wait times.
- Maintain a clean and organized front of house area, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Provide assistance as needed to ensure exceptional customer experiences, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A positive attitude and friendly personality, with excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers.
- One year experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- RSA certification, which can be obtained as soon as possible if not already held.
This is a part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours. Career advancement opportunities are available for the right candidate, who will be supported in their growth and development.
