Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and experiences through great service, excellent product knowledge, and seamless point of sale transactions.
  • Utilize available tools to stay up-to-date with the latest products and share knowledge with customers.
  • Contribute to the smooth operations of the store through effective management of stock and loss prevention.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the store is presented in accordance with brand standards.
  • Embody the Country Road Group values and collaborate with the store team to deliver results.
