Hotel Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our hotel team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

  • Carry out routine maintenance repair work and respond to guest requests efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service
  • FOLLOW AND ENFORCE established maintenance programs
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS with guests, colleagues and contractors
  • Ensure energy conservation initiatives are implemented
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and standards including fire, health and safety, hygiene, electricity at work, and local by-laws
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work situations
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in maintenance, including plumbing, painting and decorating
  • An electrical license would be highly regarded
