Design Leadership Opportunity

The role of Design Manager is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for leading the design coordination and delivery of complex facade curtain wall and window wall systems for high-rise developments.

This strategic leadership role will oversee the successful implementation of large-scale facade packages, managing multiple stakeholders and subcontractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in architecture, engineering or a related field, with commercial awareness and the ability to identify cost efficiencies and program requirements.

Experience with Digital Engineering & BIM is highly valued, as well as prior experience in international procurement and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design coordination and delivery of complex facade curtain wall and window wall systems.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractors on large-scale projects.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facade high rise curtain wall and/or window wall design management.
  • Strong background in architecture, engineering or a related field.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to identify cost efficiencies and program requirements.
  • Experience with Digital Engineering & BIM.
  • Prior experience in international procurement and logistics.
