Operational Risk Consultant Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk Consultant to join our team at Infosys Consulting. As a pioneer in breaking down the barriers between strategy and execution, we deliver superior business value to our clients by advising them on strategy and process optimisation as well as IT-enabled transformation.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in operational risk management, including experience in developing and implementing operational risk management programs, conducting risk assessments, and developing risk mitigation controls. They will also have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with mid and senior-client stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to think critically and strategically. They will also have a strong understanding of industry best practices and regulations, and be able to advise clients on how to implement effective operational risk management frameworks.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing operational risk management programs
  • Conducting risk assessments and developing risk mitigation controls
  • Monitoring and reviewing operational risk management programs
  • Reporting on operational risks to senior management
  • Conducting control assurance programs
