Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions using cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) for automation and efficient resource management.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate microservices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) into the architecture.
  • Develop and enforce security policies and protocols to safeguard infrastructure assets.
  • Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement appropriate controls.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents using SIEM tools and other security monitoring solutions.
  • Create, maintain, and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Develop and implement backup strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuity of services during planned and unplanned outages.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture designs, security measures, and continuity plans.
  • Provide training and support to team members on security best practices and infrastructure management.
Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
