About the Role

This is a full-time position that combines technical excellence with business development and client engagement.

As a senior member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a pivotal role in driving project success, expanding client relationships, and assisting with business development opportunities across a diverse portfolio of building projects.

  • Lead client-facing project delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and strong stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Assist with business development initiatives, identifying and pursuing new project opportunities and nurturing long-term client partnerships.
  • Manage internal design teams and oversee engineering assessments across complex, multi-client projects.
  • Represent the company in industry forums, client presentations, and strategic meetings to enhance market presence.
  • Deliver technically sound and innovative Mechanical designs, reports, and specifications across sectors including health, defence, high-rise, industrial, and education.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. 10 years of experience
  2. Proven experience in a design consultancy environment, with a strong track record of client engagement and project leadership.
  3. Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering.
  4. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at varying stages of delivery.
  5. Strong technical knowledge in Mechanical Building Services including Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) design experience on building projects
  6. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for building client relationships and assisting with growing business pipelines.
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  8. A collaborative, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
