Job Description:

As a Sales Administrator at Cummins, you will play a critical role in supporting the customer-facing sales force through the rhythm of sales, from lead to close. This dynamic position requires executing and supporting selected sales-related activities under limited supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide local sales support for the sales team and low kVA Dealers by creating orders, advising on stock availability, arranging set movements, and invoicing.
  • Support local project managers in processing project invoices, claims, and supplier purchase orders and invoices.
  • Manage sales forecasts with the sales team.
  • Order diaries and merchandise for the sales team and dealers.
  • Manage dealer and sales team holds.
  • Prepare and submit monthly finance reports.
  • Process supplier invoices.
  • Prepare monthly sales commission claims.
  • Submit new vendor requests where necessary.
  • Assist in collating South Pacific invoicing data for quarterly forecast submissions to finance.
Requirements:
  • SAP experience is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com and/or Movex is an advantage.

  • Effective communication: Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of different audiences' needs.

  • Sales forecasting: Collecting and assessing customer data from internal and external sources to determine useful inputs and create a forecast of future consumption patterns.
  • Valuing differences: Recognizing the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to an organization.
Qualifications:

This role requires some work experience and intermediate-level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
