About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our Dr. Martens team in Erina. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our store, delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert advice on our premium footwear products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience for all customers
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Process large volumes of stock, including receiving, storing, and replenishing merchandise
  • Pick and pack click and dispatch orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Assist in maintaining the in-store environment, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning
  • Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, always looking for opportunities to upsell and promote our products

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
  • Full availability from October to Mid-January is required, including weekends, late nights, and peak trading periods
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
  • A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
  • The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
