Our organization is seeking a skilled Rail Maintenance Specialist to join our team responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our rail fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Fault-finding and corrective maintenance to ensure the rail fleet is operating safely and efficiently.
  • Process work orders and enter data into our system, ensuring accurate records and timely completion of tasks.
  • Drive safety, quality, and governance, maintaining a culture of excellence within the team.
  • Participate in rotating shifts (day and afternoon) and on-call roster, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn, embracing a growth mindset and continuous improvement.
  • The ability to participate in a rotating roster and on-call roster, prioritizing team needs and safety.
  • Demonstrated experience in maintenance operations, ideally within Rail or similar industry, showcasing technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
  • Certificate III in Electrotechnology or Certificate III in Engineering Trade (Mechanical), highlighting academic achievement and vocational training.
