Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Store Manager to join our team in West Lakes. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales, achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and delivering exceptional customer service.

This is a Part Time (26 hours per week) role that requires availability over weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays.

  • Assist in achieving sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members, helping them grow in their roles.
  • Oversee daily operations including stock control, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a safe and inclusive work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous leadership experience in customer service.
  • Experience in driving sales and achieving KPIs.
  • Ability to provide feedback and coach a team to success.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Visual merchandising experience is a plus.
