Key Responsibilities
  • Manage existing commercial matters, generating work from a high-quality and loyal client base and personal referral sources.
  • Act for a range of clients, including small, medium, and large businesses, and government entities, providing advice on business sales and purchases, corporate structuring issues, and general commercial and property law matters.
  • Work with a high degree of autonomy, receiving full support and opportunities to develop your professional profile in the region.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years post-admission experience as a Solicitor.
  • A very high level of competency in general commercial and property law.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • High ambition, a strong work ethic, and solid employment history.
  • A team player mentality, working cohesively with all levels of staff.
  • An interest in building client relationships and generating work from the firm's existing clients, as well as working with the marketing department to identify potential growth opportunities.
