Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Furniture Removalist. This role involves driving, delivering, and collecting household furniture, home wares, and appliances in a fast-paced work environment.

This is a full-time opportunity with excellent working conditions and a friendly but professional atmosphere.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivery, installation, and collection of furniture into residential properties
  • Collection of furniture at the end of the rental and unloading into the warehouse
  • Warehouse duties when required, including tidying up the showroom floor, cleaning stock, putting stock away, loading and unloading trucks, etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A valid MR truck license
  • Experience in furniture removals or delivering for furniture retail stores or similar
  • High customer service skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Positive work ethics
