**About the Position:**
We are seeking a Mobility Solutions Trainer to join our team at Daimler AG (Canada). As a Technical Trainer, you will play a key role in delivering training sessions across various portfolios, including Technical, Non-Technical and Process & Systems.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver engaging Face-to-Face and Virtual Classroom training to our Retailer network.
- Review and adapt training materials and content to suit the Australian/New Zealand market.
- Manage the Training Centre and facility, ensuring all HSE requirements are met.
- Participate in Train-the-Trainer events to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Maintain Training Academy tooling, fleet, and equipment.
**Requirements:**
- A relevant automotive trade qualification such as a certified mechanic, technician, diagnosis expert.
- Experience with Mercedes-Benz products is desirable.
- A passion for personal development and learning.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and energetic environment.
- Excellent communication skills and good decision-making ability.
- Ability to work autonomously with the support of your team.
- Advanced knowledge on Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
