We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Window Furnishing Consultant.
Job DescriptionThis role requires split time between on-site consultations and in-office work, involving travel within the Melbourne area. Key responsibilities include providing tailored design consultations for custom window furnishings to high-end residential projects, measuring windows, and recommending suitable solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of window furnishings, including the ability to provide expert advice on the latest trends, materials, and finish options.
A key aspect of this role is presenting to small groups of designers onsite and in the showroom on the latest WF trends and finishes.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will be expected to respond to client inquiries with accuracy and diligence, manage client relationships, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction through post-installation service and regular check-ins.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience in the custom window furnishing industry.
- Ability to present to small groups of designers on the latest WF trends and fabrics.
- Knowledge of motorisation in window treatments is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle (required for on-site consultations).
