We are seeking a skilled Airport Operations Specialist to join our team in Darwin. As an Airport Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently servicing aircraft at Australian airports.

The ideal candidate will have a MR or HR driver's license and the ability to perform frequent manual handling tasks. You will also need to be flexible working around flight schedules and have good verbal and written communication skills.

This is an exciting role that looks different every day. Your typical day may involve loading fully stocked aircraft trolleys onto trucks, delivering them to aircraft, guiding hi-lift vehicles for safe approach, servicing aircraft, and final signoff with the crew.

As an Airport Operations Specialist, you will be the face of dnata catering out on the tarmac. You will liaise with airline staff, hand over deliveries, follow up on discrepancies, and ensure that flight loads are correct.

You will also be responsible for preparing and packing catering equipment, loading and unloading trucks, performing basic checks of vehicles and equipment, re-fuelling, and administrative documentation.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive great employee benefits including discounts to over 700 retailers, discounted health insurance, and wellbeing resources.
