Job Title:

Trade Counter Sales / Warehouse Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Trade Counter Sales / Warehouse Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and serving customers at the trade counter, answering telephones and email enquiries, managing stock control and general warehouse duties, and performing office/admin work including customer deliveries and supplier pickups.

  1. Greet and Serve Customers: Provide exceptional customer service to clients visiting the trade counter, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Answer Telephones and Email Enquiries: Respond promptly to incoming calls and emails, providing accurate and helpful information to clients and other stakeholders.
  3. Manage Stock Control and General Warehouse Duties: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receive and dispatch goods, and perform other tasks as required to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
  4. Perform Office/Admin Work: Assist with administrative tasks such as processing customer deliveries and supplier pickups, and provide support to other team members as needed.
