Role Summary:
This role is ideal for a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering excellent service. As a Front Desk Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our members and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Process transactions and manage customer information using point of sale systems
- Promote the centre's services and programs to customers
- Develop positive relationships with customers
Qualifications and Skills:
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of point of sale systems
- First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate
- Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People
