Melba Copland Secondary School seeks a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to coordinate relief staffing, manage employee absences, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. This role will also support the school leadership team with staffing processes and co-lead strategic staffing needs.

  • The successful candidate will possess high level administrative skills, including computer program operation, database management, and records management systems.
  • They will be willing to learn or demonstrate skills in staffing coordination and administration, including booking relief staff and HR procedures.
  • A current registration under the Working with Vulnerable People Act is required prior to commencing this role.
