Enrolled Nursing Position

Our organisation is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our supportive hospital team. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a wider healthcare team to support patient care needs.
Key Responsibilities- To deliver safe and researched-based standards of nursing care to individuals or groups under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- To act as a role model for safe practice and administer medications according to state law and organisational policy.
- Australian authority to work in Australia is required.
- Minimum two years' experience as an Enrolled Nurse is preferred.
- Current Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) is essential.
- Compliance with Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care (ACSQHC) National standards is mandatory.
- Advanced level of clinical skills is desirable.
- Commitment to quality patient care is expected.
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills are necessary.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
- Sound clinical decision making and problem-solving skills are essential.
