Investment Opportunity in High-Growth Diversified Investment Group

The role is within a diversified investment group focused on real estate and private equity investments, offering broad exposure to various asset classes.

You will be reporting into the Head of Corporate Finance, supporting strategic investment and development activities through financial modelling and commercial analysis.

  • Circa $140-160k + super + 10% bonus
  • High-growth diversified investment group
  • Broad exposure to real estate and PE style investments and strategy
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct financial modelling and commercial analysis
  • Assess real assets from both physical and investment perspectives
  • Contribute to due diligence, transaction structuring, and stakeholder communications
  • Prepare investment materials, coordinate with advisors, research market trends, track the investment pipeline, and provide insights to inform group-level strategy and portfolio performance

Post graduate qualifications such as CFA are highly regarded, and proven experience in a real estate or funds based role with competency in modelling (ideally feasibilities and DCF) is essential for success in this position.
