About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Vlocity professional to join our team in Sydney/Melbourne for a large-scale project with a global IT service leader.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of Salesforce Vlocity solutions for clients in the Communications Industry
  • Design and develop technical solutions using Vlocity CPQ, EPC, and CLM
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in CX/CRM implementation, with a focus on Salesforce and Vlocity
  • Proven experience in technical design using Vlocity CPQ, EPC, and CLM, as well as Salesforce Industries Interaction Platform tools
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce development, including APEX, Salesforce Communities, SQL/SOQL, XML/JSON, Visualforce, and Javascript
  • Experience in handling migration from legacy systems to Salesforce/Salesforce Industries
