Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee allocated clients and their homes, ensuring all practice, process, and operations are in place.
  • Support the implementation of NDIS Quality Standards and Human Rights, demonstrating best practice.
  • Collaborate with Case Managers to ensure client profiles and support plans are up-to-date and compliant.
  • Create and implement weekly client Activity Plans and meal plans, considering client input.
  • Lead the team, fostering a positive team spirit and focusing on client goals and outcomes.
  • Coordinate correspondence with external parties and the team, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available.
  • Ensure timely completion of required documentation.
  • Contribute to stakeholder and guardian communication as required.
  • Plan and lead Core Team Meetings and complete shadow shifts with new team members.
  • Perform weekly internal audit checks.
Requirements
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including shift work, weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
  • Experience in a similar senior position (desired but not essential).
  • Ability to support across additional disability programs.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills for client documentation and shift reports.
  • Blue Card for Working with Children & NDIS Worker Screening (or Yellow Card).
  • Driver's licence and own vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
  • NDIS E-Learning modules.
