Job Role: Care Worker

We are seeking experienced individuals to fill permanent and part-time positions in this rewarding role.

About the Job
  • Provide daily living assistance with personal care, showering, dressing, help at mealtimes and with general mobility support
  • Assist residents with medication management and simple wound dressings
  • Participate in laundry and cleaning tasks
  • Support residents in community-based recreational activities and social interactions

You will work in a household setting where you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our residents' lives by providing meaningful support and promoting their independence.

Requirements
  • Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support or an equivalent qualification is required
  • Previous experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin your career in aged care if you're studying or have recently become qualified
  • Adaptability, empathy, and resourcefulness are essential skills for this role
