Overview

This key leadership role is pivotal in safeguarding the long-term viability and resilience of our health services business.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening governance, operational risk management, and integrity across our health services division.

A senior leader will provide expert guidance and lead change initiatives with clear strategic implications.

They will also support business leaders to proactively identify, manage, and respond to risks and issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and lead the design and execution of a fit-for-purpose business resilience framework that aligns with our commercial strategy and supports sustainable growth.
  2. Represent our commercial function as a key thought leader, staying across market changes and advising on strategic risks and resilience themes that impact commercial performance.
  3. Support business teams to identify, assess, and manage risks across all dimensions of business resilience.
  4. Provide guidance and support to embed and continue to evolve first-line risk ownership and integrity practices across our health services businesses.
  5. Proactively identify opportunities to improve systems, controls, and operating models to strengthen resilience and drive commercial efficiency.
