  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Demonstrated ability in root-cause analysis and complaint resolution within a pathology and/or healthcare setting
  • Formal qualifications in science, laboratory techniques, pathology collection, or a related field (desirable)
