Compliance Learning Specialist/Proficiency Coach

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our mission-driven team as a Compliance Learning Specialist/Proficiency Coach. This role plays a vital part in designing and delivering critical programs that protect our organization and the broader financial ecosystem.

About the Role:

This key position is responsible for leading compliance training for a premier cryptocurrency platform, managing all first-line of defense compliance processes. The ideal candidate will design engaging content that transforms complex regulatory requirements into a practical learning experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead compliance training initiatives and manage all related processes.
  • Design and develop effective learning experiences that meet regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze training metrics to ensure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and approvals.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on instructional design and training project management.
  • Strong background in AML, Fraud, SAR Filing, or other Compliance-related areas.
  • Hands-on expertise with eLearning tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Suite) and learning management systems (Docebo).

  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
