Job Title: Site Security Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Security Specialist to join our Adelaide-based team. This role is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to make a real impact in the corporate real estate sector.

About the Role:
  • This position involves providing strong customer service solutions to visitors, contractors, and clients, while also ensuring the security and safety of our premises.
  • You will be responsible for conducting building patrols, monitoring CCTV and access control systems, and identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification.
  • In addition, you will provide support to tenants and facilities teams, manage contractors and deliveries through dock management, and respond to emergency situations as required.
  • The successful candidate will have previous experience in corporate real estate contracts and possess a demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports, as well as use computers and security-related systems effectively.
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work well in a team or autonomously, with a willingness to support and step up as required into other roles.
  • Australian citizenship or hold unlimited work rights, with a valid SA Security License (including Monitoring Subclass).
  • Crowd control endorsement highly desirable.
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
