We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Automation Specialist to join our team at Enfield Park, reporting directly to the Performance Manager Intralogistics New South Wales/ Queensland.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactive day-to-day supervision of all operational system activities;
  • Ensure the materials handling system is operational, issues are rectified safely, quickly, and efficiently;
  • Monitor and report on systems performance;
  • Administration and record-keeping, including rostering and maintenance scheduling;
  • Maintain up-to-date records on Health and Safety;
  • Assist with effective and efficient management of a rostered team environment;
  • Measure and analyze shift, process, and system performance against KPIs;

About You

  • A full New South Wales Electrical Licence is essential;
  • Trade or tertiary qualifications;
  • Experience with mechanical drives, including gearboxes, conveyor belting;
  • Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics, including Solenoid Valves, cylinders, and flow regulators;
  • Sound technical understanding of automated control systems or high-speed processing environments preferred;
  • Previous supervisor or team lead experience, able to motivate your team and delegate tasks as required;
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures;
