Childcare Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to assist the Director of Service in delivering exceptional experiences for children. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating and implementing enriching programs that cater to child preferences.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with program development to provide engaging experiences for children
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations to maintain high standards
- Interact with parents, providing support and responding to enquiries
- Engage with the school community, attending events and assemblies as required
- Co-manage or coordinate during the school holiday program
We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with kids, has excellent communication skills, and can work effectively as part of a team. Previous experience in before and after-school care or education is desirable but not essential. You must be a strong problem-solver with a positive attitude and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
