About Us

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Registered Nurse. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting thorough assessments, and developing effective care plans that promote independence and well-being. You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and services.

In this role, you will also provide guidance and supervision to junior staff members, ensuring they receive the support and training they need to excel in their roles.

Your expertise will help us maintain a safe and healthy environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. This includes adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols, infection control procedures, and workplace practices.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care, including progress reports and other relevant documentation. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with residents, families, and colleagues is essential in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical nursing practice, with an understanding of contemporary nursing theory and care documentation models
  • Generalist registered nursing experience, with knowledge of aged care—highly desirable
  • The ability to quickly understand and incorporate appropriate aged care legislated standards into daily practice
  • Relevant probity checks as required by legislation and policy
  • Proof of Vaccination Status as required by legislation, health directives, or policy throughout employment and prior to commencement
