Cleaner Position at a Retail Store

This role plays a vital part in ensuring shopping carts are readily available for customers and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily tasks assigned to you, including sweeping the floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, shopping carts, and team room, as well as emptying trash cans.
  • Collect shopping carts from the car park and surrounding areas on foot.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address specific cleaning needs.
  • Assist customers by answering questions or providing directions.
Key Qualifications:
  • Be physically fit to handle physically demanding tasks.
  • Have the ability to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs.
  • Be adaptable to work in various environments, such as the shop floor, refrigerators, freezers, and car parks.
  • Be available to work across Monday-Sunday, with shifts starting from 6am or 5pm.
  • Have a keen eye for cleanliness and attention to detail.
