The Role

As a senior analyst/associate on our Debt Advisory team, you will be working on debt advisory transactions across all sectors, including corporate, infrastructure and leveraged transactions. You will also have exposure to broader capital markets and structured products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the debt advisory team in the origination and execution of debt advisory transactions.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, identifying new transaction opportunities and driving business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal sector coverage teams to provide innovative solutions and impactful pitching materials.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, regulations, and competitive dynamics.

  • Supporting debt advisory transactions across various sectors.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 2+ years of experience in debt financing or investment banking, preferably with prior experience in debt advisory, project finance, leveraged finance, debt capital markets, or private capital.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and a desire to expand your expertise in these areas.
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills, including strong financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
