This role is pivotal in our Stores team, operating as part of a National Clothing Store Services contract for Defence.

• Accurately measure and fit customers for clothing items.
• Craft defence-approved insignia, badges, and ranks according to strict specifications.
• Perform sewing tasks, including hemming, alterations to waist bands/coat lengths, and medal mounting.
• Efficiently use Defence IT Systems.
• Process customer orders with cash handling skills, provide top-notch customer service, and maintain accurate records.
• Order stock and verify receipts.
• Conduct thorough stocktakes.

We seek a professional with expertise in clothing alterations, experience with industrial sewing machines, and general computing proficiency. Effective communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
