We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Swim Instructors to join our team at Mounties Group. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to our members, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver swimming lessons to members of all ages and skill levels
- Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of our members
- Monitor and maintain a safe learning environment
- Communicate effectively with members, parents, and colleagues
- Participate in ongoing professional development to improve teaching skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Austswim – Teacher of swimming and water safety certificate
- CPR (current)
- Working with Children Check (if over 18 years of age)
- First Aid (desirable)
- Teacher of competitive strokes (desirable)
- Access and Inclusion (desirable)
