We are seeking a Trainee Automotive Fitter to join our team at our Narre Warren Branch. Our focus on long-term development and culture means that we are committed to supporting the education and progression of our Trainee staff, which is key to our continued success.

This full-time Traineeship opportunity has no minimum progression time. Prove yourself and be rewarded accordingly You will work Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm in a supportive environment with a renewed focus on learning and culture. We will provide you with a Cert III Qualification at no cost once you have become a qualified fitter.

You will receive uniforms and windscreen-specific tools, as well as penalty rates for any overtime. As a qualified Fitter, you will get access to a fully equipped company vehicle and fuel card. You will also get to work on a range of different cars, including luxury vehicles.
