We are seeking a highly experienced Registered Migration Agent (RMA) or Migration Manager to lead and scale our migration practice. The ideal candidate will have strong employer-sponsored visa experience, including skills assessment, nomination and visa applications.
","The successful candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end employer-sponsored visa cases, drafting high-quality submissions and statements, designing and implementing SOPs to streamline internal workflow, and providing internal training and support in scaling the document team.
","Key responsibilities include:
","- Handle end-to-end employer-sponsored visa cases (186/482/DAMA/408)
- Draft high-quality submissions and statements
- Design and implement SOPs to streamline internal workflow
- Provide internal training and support in scaling the document team
The ideal candidate will have:
","- Valid MARN and at least 3+ years RMA experience
- Proven success in handling nomination and visa applications across multiple subclasses
- Ability to independently assess client eligibility & documentation quality
