This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the expansion of clinical training opportunities for medical students, enhancing their exposure to diverse healthcare environments.

  • Engage with international and domestic partners to foster innovative collaborations.
  • Pilot and evaluate international and local hospital integrated clinical placements to ensure high-quality experiences for students.
  • Develop business proposals and risk management plans to support program growth.
  • Mentor professional staff to ensure effective implementation and quality assurance.
  • Build an institutional knowledge base to inform future program enhancements.
  • Conduct environmental research scans to support evidence-based decision-making for clinical partnerships.
  • Design, pilot, implement, and evaluate international and local integrated clinical placements, including data collection and analysis.
  • Prepare reports highlighting program progression, findings, and outcomes.
About the Ideal Candidate

The successful applicant will possess a degree in a health-related field or relevant project experience, preferably gained within a university or clinical setting. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and academic staff.
