About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Goodstart Glass House Mountains. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and care to our children, aged 0-5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with the centre leadership team to develop and review high-quality early learning programs
  • Contribute to the development of a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the centre

Requirements:
