Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Retail Leader to join our team as a Head Coach. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a passionate team at our new store location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and employee development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Proven retail leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
