Role Overview

At Bradnam's Windows and Doors, we are excited to offer a position for a Residential Cost Estimator where you will:

  • Interpret and apply building regulations and relevant standards accurately.
  • Keep abreast of current building regulations and associated standards.
  • Continuously enhance your understanding of Bradnam's products and provide relevant product information to our clients.

Required Skills & Experience

We will equip you with the product-specific training necessary for your success in this role, and with your prior experience, you will bring the following skills and expertise:

  • The ability to read and analyze architectural plans and determine product requirements, ensuring compliance and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A solid understanding of applicable building regulations and the ability to apply them effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, with a genuine focus on customer service.
  • A collaborative spirit, thriving both in team settings and independently.
  • A positive approach to tasks, demonstrating a commitment to safe work practices.
