Our joint venture specializes in providing acute hospital-level services to patients in their homes, collaborating with funders to develop cutting-edge programs powered by clinical expertise and technology, relieving health system pressures and increasing access to healthcare.

This opportunity

As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care to suitable patients for My Home Hospital and undertaking clinical reviews as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Your daily responsibilities will include face-to-face reviews of patients in their homes requiring various nursing skills; PICC line management, venepuncture, IVC insertion, IVAB administration, drain management, clinical deterioration, wound dressings, and respiratory assessments.

Recent acute medical/Surgical experience is essential for this position. You will work in a community-based setting, traveling throughout our fleet car regions, including Victor Harbor, Gawler, and Adelaide Hills.

This position is offered as a part- or full-time role on a fixed-term contract until September 2025, with potential extension. You will be rostered across a 7-day schedule, working two shifts: 7am to 3pm or 2pm to 10pm.

We seek an experienced and senior Registered Nurse with unrestricted AHPRA registration and extensive background working in an acute setting. Clinical experience in managing acute medical and surgical patients is highly regarded.
