Driven by innovation, we are seeking a visionary Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge software products leveraging AI and core programming languages.

**Job Overview:**

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the disciplined execution of the software development lifecycle, from roadmap planning to rigorous testing regimes. Your expertise in C#,.NET, SQL, and Azure will enable you to develop innovative solutions that meet the complex needs of our business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct in-depth research, analysis, and evaluation to address technical requirements for both new and existing product launches, focusing on solutions leveraging C#,.NET, SQL, and Azure.
- Lead efforts in testing, debugging, and optimizing code to ensure robustness, reliability, and performance, particularly in C#,.NET, and SQL environments.
- Take ownership of code quality and integrity, actively contributing to the development and maintenance of mission-critical systems.
- Provide strategic insights and technical direction to inform the
- development of innovative new products and features.
- Oversee complex software engineering projects and lead project management activities, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives while utilizing strong leadership and project management skills to manage other software engineering or product teams.
- Prioritize feature development and technical initiatives based on strategic goals, resource constraints, and market demand.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure cohesive product development and delivery.
- Hold yourself and the team accountable for the technical success of the product, continually measuring performance against
- key metrics and objectives, and driving continuous improvement to meet customer needs and business goals.Motivate and empower engineering teams to achieve technical excellence,
- ensuring alignment with our overarching goals, and fostering leadership within the teams to manage software engineering and product development efforts effectively.
- Spearhead the recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship of top-tier software engineering talent across various product domains.

**Requirements:**

- 5+ years of experience in scale up SaaS companies
- Strong C#,.Net, SQL and ideally Azure skills
- Strong leadership and project management skills ideally managing other Software Engineering or Product teams
- Startup background desirable (but not essential)
- Product Analytics background desirable (but not essential)
