Your new role will involve supporting occupational therapists and allied health professionals in delivering high-quality patient care.

This is a hands-on position, combining clinical assistance and administrative support to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centred services.

You will deliver patient interventions under the supervision of allied health professionals, assist with treatment programs, patient care, and safe handling. You will also maintain, monitor, and prepare therapy equipment and resources.

Additionally, you will support accurate record-keeping and contribute to team communication.

About this role
  • This role requires experience in a healthcare setting, with the ability to work within scope of practice.
  • You should have strong communication and teamwork skills to support patients and colleagues.
  • Good time management and ability to prioritise workload under direction are essential for success in this role.

A Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance is highly regarded, but not mandatory.
