About the Role

This business partnering position provides financial support to operational areas, contributing to process and system improvements. The role involves preparing financial reports, monitoring KPIs for operational divisions, and conducting financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting for operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate month-end financial reports in a timely manner.
  • Analyze inventory reports and collaborate with Operations to investigate discrepancies during month-end close.
  • Report operational KPIs accurately.
  • Ensure revenue and costs integrity through ledger analysis and accruals.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts as assigned.
  • Partner with business units providing financial insights and support.
  • Assist in strategic budgeting and forecasting EBITDA for operations.
  • Identify and implement process and system improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with operational managers on financial matters.
  • Support the mobilization of new operational projects.
  • Adhere to financial policies and ensure ethical standards.
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • CA/CPA qualified.
  • At least five years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of AI tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret contract terms and work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
